Online booking:

We  may provide informations submitted to us during your booking checkout such as name, contact details and address to relevant Visitor Centres that is designated to process your booking request. The Visitor Centres may then redirect these information to the operators that is relevant to your booking. These informations are required by these third parties to facilitate the booking and to contact you if the need arises. Although Holiday Guide Pty Ltd employs a secure online booking platform that sources reputable suppliers, no limitations have been placed on our suppliers that governs the use and disclosure of your information without permission. Therefore, we strongly advise you to take a look at the privacy policies of the Visitor Centres your booking relates to. The Visitor Centres handling your booking can be found in the tax invoice that will be issued to you when your booking is confirmed.

We may be legally required to disclose information you have provided to us when requested to do so by law enforcement agents in Australia.
